There are some big changes coming to the Kardashian household. “Someone in the Kardashian family will soon have plastic surgery,” Kim Kardashian told PEOPLE exclusively at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Saturday night.

I’m so excited to see who it will be!  Let’s see who has anything left to have surgery on.  Khloe is fat and could use some lipo, however I don’t think the suction on the machine would be great enough to get it all out, plus the bags they use are just too small, so she’s out.  Kourtney’s body is hot and doesn’t need it, and she’s already aware that her face is just too screwed-up to be corrected, so she’s out, too.  The mother?  Come on, she has to know it’s over at this point, so why bother, right?  And Kim already thinks she is the hottest thing and probably feels it would be an insult if we said her, so I’m going with Bruce.  Although not technically a Kardashian and the fact that anything else done to his face will result in it just sliding off at some point, I still think it’s him.  He will take some fat from Kim’s ass and have it injected into his ears, thus relieving himself from listening to the constant badgering of people who haven’t done anything but marry for money and sleep around to get famous.  Oh, the sweet silence of ignorance.
